Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 2004 Newmar Dutch Star 4010 powered by a 370HP Cummins ISL diesel engine with an Allison 6-speed automatic transmission on a Spartan chassis. This double slide Dutch Star has twin air conditioning units, furnace, satellite, hydraulic leveling, hitch receiver, patio awning, entry door awning, and an Onan Quiet Diesel 7500 generator (683 hrs). The driver's area contains oversize leather power seats, Voyager reverse monitor, power heated mirrors, and a Kenwood AM/FM/DVD. The spacious living room and kitchen area feature a leather “J”sofa, sleeper sofa, Wooden dining table with seating for four, and an overhead entertainment center with Sony television and VCR. The kitchen has solid counter tops and is equipped with a dual basin sink with drinking water tap, Atwood 3-burner stove/oven, Dometic microwave/convection oven, and a Norcold refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. Bathroom amenities include a glass enclosure shower/tub and private room with a toilet and vanity sink. The large master suite consists of a king size bed, vanity sink, large mirrored closet, 19" Sony TV, washer/dryer combo, and a dresser. This Dutch Star runs/drives with 30,113 miles. It shows little use and appears to have been well maintained. It's at our Georgetown, TX location.

The side awnings are cracked and weathered. 4 of the passenger side storage doors are damaged. Tires are weather cracked. The passenger mirror does not operate. The air bags have a minor leak. The windshield is chipped. We do not have storage compartment keys. A few of the A/C vents do not blow cold air, they seem to be blocked. One of the roof vents needs to be replaced.
