| Description: Bank Repo Trailer. This is a 2004 Bloomer 4-Horse 5th Wheel Trailer w/Living Quarters. The finely crafted living quarters is finished in a rustic wood design and has a slide out mounted leather sofa, dinette table with seating for two, overhead cabinetry, wood floors, and a built in entertainment center with Sony receiver, VCR, and DVD. The master sleeping quarters is in the lofted front area and has a full size bed, ceiling mounted mirror with recessed lights, wardrobe cabinets, and a television. The kitchenette is equipped with a single basin sink, Sharp microwave/convection oven, and Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer. The walk-through bathroom has a glass enclosed shower with skylight, vanity sink, and a toilet. In the rear of the living quarters is a bedroom with private entrance and two bunk beds, each of which has a color television. The horse stall area has three padded/spring-loaded aluminum dividers, rubber lined flooring/walls, escape door, drop down feed doors, recessed lighting, roof ventilation, camera, and there’s a tack room in the rear with 4 saddle racks. Additional features include STI air suspension, air assisted hydraulic brakes, torsion axles, aluminum wheels, exterior light switches, air conditioning, satellite, power patio awning w/remote, enclosed hay rack, and a Guardian QuietPact 75 diesel generator with 3,772 hours. This trailer has it all! It appears to have been well cared for. To properly transport this trailer, your vehicle will need to support the trailer's air system. | We do not have keys for the entry door. There are a few minor scratches and dings around the exterior. There appears to be light water damage to the wood over the shower stall, possibly a leak from skylight. Wood flooring and cabinetry show normal wear. The butt bar at the horse entrance is missing its pin. |
