| Description: 2017 Redwood 39MB featuring three slide-outs, a rear living room, island kitchen, an upstairs bedroom, front bathroom with walk-in shower, and a washer & dryer closet. |
Exterior: The left rear corner is dented, small dings in the left rear skirting, the ladder is bent and loose, and the front half of the underbelly has a slight sag. The right slide-out floor is water damaged and collapsing in the front, causing the slide-out to improperly close and side wall to buckle. The left rear slide-out floor is also water damaged in the front and the slide roof soft. The roof has been patched in areas (see images). Missing the water heater cover.
Interior: The washer & dryer closet doors have been removed (included). Tear in the carpet at the top of the stairway. Mildew stains in areas of the carpet as shown. The right slide-out floor is soft in the front. Odor of expired food. See images for additional details.
Tire Condition: 25% tread and weathered/cracked.
