| Description: This is a 2006 12’ Fish House. It has crank down axles to drop the entire shack directly to the surface of the ice. The exterior features aluminum siding, diamond plated stone guard, and a Winegard Hide-A-Way tv antenna. Inside are 6 in-floor holes w/covers, booth dinette/bunk bed, lofted bunk bed, triple burner stove/oven, TV shelf, and a bathroom. This ice house is sold on Bill of Sale. You can view it at our Cannon Falls, MN facility. |
| The ceiling light globe is missing. Batteries notincluded. The bathroom needs some form of porta-potty for use. The cook vent over the stove is not attached, it is included. There is a small ding in the back corner of the trailer and light hail damage to the passenger side. We do not have keys for this unit. The cranks used to lower the fish house do not seem to work properly, may just need to be lubed. There are holes cut into the top of each wheel well, this may have been to accommodate wheel fenders into the well when lowering. |
