Features include two slide outs, dual entry doors, large patio awning, tandem axle, Onan MicroQuiet 3600LP generator with 119hrs, and a large drop down ramp door in the rear. Inside the living area is a sleeper sofa, dining table with seating for four, overhead cabinetry, and a built in CD stereo. The kitchen is equipped with a triple burner stove/oven, Samsung microwave, cook vent, and a Norcold refrigerator/freezer. Bathroom amenities include a vanity sink, toilet, and a glass enclosed shower. In the bedroom is a slide out mounted queen size bed, closet with sliding glass doors, built in dresser, and a television shelf. | We do not have keys for this unit. The awning is torn. The rear entry steps are bent. One of the driver’s side leveling jacks is bent. The carpet could use cleaning. There is a crack in the passenger side cargo bay wall. Part of the toilet paper holder is missing. There is some rippling in the wall and ceiling coverings in the kitchen. Kitchen table has some scratches. |
