| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 2002 Thor Komfort 24. It’s a tandem axle bumper pull travel trailer with one slide out, dual entry doors, large patio awning, air conditioning, hitch receiver, and a roof ladder. Inside the living area is a sleeper sofa, slide out mounted booth dinette, and overhead cabinets with a built in CD stereo. The kitchen is equipped with a dual basin sink, Sharp microwave, cook vent, triple burner stove/oven, and a Norcold refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom has a vanity sink with medicine cabinet, and a private room with toilet and shower/tub. The bedroom has a queen size bed with nightstand, TV shelf, overhead wardrobe cabinets, and a private entry door. This Komfort travel trailer is located at our Arizona City, AZ facility. |
| We do not have keys for this unit. There is light hail damage to the right side. Some graphics are cracking/peeling. The tires have approximately 25% of tread remaining. The aluminum siding on the middle of the right side feels loose. The carpet is stained and needs cleaning/deodorizing. The shower base is stained and cracked. The kitchen sink faucet needs to be replaced. One of the glass front cabinets in the bedroom is cracked. The rear door does not latch. The front door seal is missing. The screen door is ripped. |
