The rear guest bedroom has a slide-out bunk with a lower full size bed, upper single bunk, dresser, and a TV shelf. There's also a bathroom with a toilet and vanity sink. The main bathroom contains a glass enclosure shower, vanity sink, washer/dryer closet, and a privacy room with toilet. | There are a few minor scratches and dents to the exterior. There's a bend in the roof ladder. The living room sofa upholstery is worn. There are mild stains to the carpeting. Kitchen vinyl flooring has a few cuts in it. Unit has an obvious odor from pets and this could possibly be removed with a thorough carpet and upholstery cleaning. The rear toilet needs a gasket around the base to stop the leak. The vinyl is peeling up near the toilet. The interior trim on the main living room slide-out needs to be secured into place.
