| Description: This is a 2005 Alfa Toyhouse THF40 triple axle 5th wheel toy hauler. This large double slide-out toy hauler includes power landing gear, a large patio awning, central air conditioning, furnace, split rear cam lock door, large lower storage compartment, fueling station, two entry doors, and an Onan Marquis Gold 7000 generator with only 56hrs. The spacious living room and kitchen area has a large slide out mounted booth dinette, fold-away sleeper sofa, pedestal table mount, overhead cabinetry, small television shelf, and an entertainment shelf with TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with solid counter tops, a dual basin sink with drinking water tap, Dometic microwave, triple burner range/oven, and refrigerator/freezer w/icemaker. Up front are the master suite and an adjoined bathroom with an enclosed shower, vanity sink with medicine cabinet, and a private room with toilet. The bedroom has a full size bed, reading lights, sliding mirrored closet, overhead wardrobe cabinets, and a Toshiba TV/DVD combo. Additional features of this toy hauler include; the front cap on the RV opens up for shading over the large master bedroom window, the rear of the RV has a lockable compartment with aluminum ramps for loading into the cargo space, there is a winch below the stairway, and the previous owner added a trailer tongue extension to the unit. | Generator would only run by putting fuel directly into the carburetor. The relay switch for the slide out blew out and will need to be fixed to make the slide out operational. The rear bumper panel and both rear corners have cracks in fiberglass. The driver's side front storage compartment hinges are broken off. |
