Inside the living/kitchen area is a slide out mounted sleeper sofa and dining table with seating for four, television stand, a built in AM/FM/Cassette stereo, dual basin sink, Panasonic microwave, triple burner stove/oven, and a refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom has a vanity sink, shower with glass door, and a private toilet. The master bedroom has a full size bed, nightstand, full size closet, and built in wardrobe space. | Batteries need to be replaced. We do not have keys for this unit. The exterior is faded and graphics are peeling. There are numerous small dents on the roof, possibly from hail. Some of the roof seams have been taped over. There are also tape patches on the slide out roof. There are larger dents at the left front corner of the roof top. Fenders have a few small cracks. The exterior handle at the entry door has loose mounting brackets. There is a small hole drilled in the side of the slide out. The counter top is chipped. Interior ceiling is stained around some of the A/C vents. The carpet could use cleaning and shows wear. The smoke detector is missing. |
