| Power leveling jacks don’t function, possibly relay related. Parking brake does not work. Air suspension leaks slowly. We were unable to start the generator, there was no power to the relay. The exterior is faded and has various scuffs/scratches shown in photos. The roof ladder is damaged. A rooftop vent cover is broken and covered in duct tape, other vent covers are cracked. The roof is soft and cracking around the AC unit. There appear to be multiple roof repairs done with caulk, more repair will likely be necessary. The patio awning is missing, other awnings are weathered. The windshield is cracked and chipped on the driver side. AC units do not power up. Tires are weather cracked. The rear panel on the RV has small stress cracks. The front panel above the windshield also has multiple cracks around clearance lights. The dash stereo is missing. Counter tops are scratched. Carpet shows wear and needs cleaning. There are approximately 10 cracked tiles through the kitchen/bathroom. The water pump does not operate. The entry awning does not function. Cab seats show wear. Living room furniture shows wear. The stove top cover is partially melted. Fridge handle is missing, fridge turns on but does not get cold. There are multiple water stains on the interior ceiling. A drawer is missing from one of the nightstands. |
