Through the center of the RV is the living space which is equipped with a leather sleeper sofa, fold-out side table, a couple dinette chairs, space for a dining table, and an entertainment center with Sony television, sat receiver, input box, and BOSE music system with surround speakers. The kitchen has tiled flooring and solid counter tops. Amenities include an ice maker, dual basin sink, recessed double burner cook top, Sharp microwave/convection oven, and a four door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. The walk-through bathroom has a large glass enclosed tub/shower with skylight, corner vanity sink with large medicine cabinet, a private toilet, and a cabinet with washer/dryer. In the rear of the RV is the master bedroom which has a king size bed, nightstands, built in wardrobe cabinets, and a Sony television. This Beaver starts and runs with 71,249 miles. | The slide-out does not operate. The roof is a bit soft between the front AC and satellite, no visible damage. Batteries need to be replaced. The generator starts but only runs for a few minutes and cuts out. Some exterior graphics are peeling and some paint is starting to bubble. The front AC cover is cracked and has a hole in it. The bathroom skylight has water damaged. Minor scuffs/scratches throughout exterior. Dinette set is missing. There are a few chipped tiles in the flooring(where table should be). The bottom entry step is soft. The dash around the radio housing is broken. The living room and bathroom ceilings are sagging in spots. The shower hose is broken off. Walls on both sides of the bedroom are stained, possibly water damage. |
