| Rear leveling jacks work properly however the front do not, it sounds like the relay is clicking but they do not operate. The “Jacks Down” warning light also stays on. The generator muffler is rusted and loud. The exterior of the unit is faded. There is a small chip in the driver side windshield. Front retaining latch is missing from the awning. Tires are weather cracked. Couple small scratches around the exterior. Carpet shows light wear. Microwave doesn’t work. There are screw holes in a few locations inside, looks like speakers were removed. A cabinet door below the kitchen sink is damaged. Interior has light smoke odor. |
