It’s a tandem axle 5th wheel featuring four slide outs, front and rear air conditioning units, patio awning, slide-out cargo compartment, and a roof ladder. The living room is located in the rear and has a full-size sleeper sofa, a pair of matching swivel recliners, and a large built in combination desk/entertainment center with a 21” television. The kitchen area has a wood dining table with seating for four, solid molded counter tops with integrated double basin sink, triple burner stove/oven, cook vent, microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer. The bath area includes a glass enclosed tub/shower, vanity sink with medicine cabinet, and a private toilet. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with comforter, custom cabinets, a large dresser with plenty of counter space, and a closet with sliding mirrored doors. | Much of trim/molding is missing from the driver-side of the unit. Behind the large storage compartment door there is approximately a 6” scratch, a small crack in the fiberglass and scuffs in the surrounding area. The driver-side roof has a segment of discolored sealant along the roof and siding seam and may need repair. The awning is weathered. The carpet and vinyl has normal wear and needs cleaning. The bed and closet frame have damage. The shower drain is discolored and appears to have been repaired. The kitchen table has light scratches on the surface. The batteries need charging or replacement and LP tank is missing. |
