| This unit has scratches/scuffs from use, the carpet could use a cleaning, the living room ceiling is water stained, the bedroom ceiling is water stained, the roof appears to have had some repairs made, the front air conditioning unit wiring has been cut, most of the furniture and electronics have been removed, and the wall by the bedroom closet has had a section trimmed out of the corner (see photo). |
