Kitchen amenities include solid countertop, a dual basin sink, triple burner stove/oven, microwave, cook vent, and a refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom has a vanity sink, toilet, and shower with glass door. In the master bedroom is a full size bed with comforter, built in wardrobe cabinets, closet with sliding mirror doors, and a vanity. | Batteries need to be replaced. There is a small area on the exterior, next to the entry door, where the fiberglass panel is loose from the frame and slightly bulged. Roof seals are weathered/cracking. Both fenders are cracked. Carpet could use light cleaning. Slide-outs are starting to tear the carpeting from use. Minor water damage around the lower corners of the living room slide out. Wallpaper border is coming off in the bedroom. The front valence and shade are taken down from the front window. |
