The kitchen is equipped with a dual basin sink, triple burner stove/oven, microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer. Bathroom amenities include a vanity sink, medicine cabinet, private toilet, and a glass enclosed shower. This unit does have provisions to install a washer/dryer in the linen closet. The master bedroom features a queen-size platform bed, closet with sliding mirrored doors, and built-in cabinetry. This Everest is available for viewing at our Arizona City, AZ facility. |
| This unit has some scuffs, scratches and dents. The right rear tail light lens is broken. The upper right rear clearance bulb light bulb and lens are missing. The lower rear apron has several small hail dents. The inside of this unit has had some use. The kitchen sink is chipped and cracked. The desk drawer guides are broken. The trim on the lower right corner of the living room slide-out is broken and upper trim is loose. The cabinet or stove hinges are bent. The ceiling panel in the dining room slide-out is loose. The blinds are damaged by the dining table and couch. The trim is loose and broken on the bedroom door. The top bedroom drawer guide is bent. The batteries need charging or replacing. The patio awning is damaged. |
