It’s a tandem axle 5th wheel with air conditioning, a patio awning, roof ladder, furnace, fueling station, power landing gear, exterior shower, an Onan MicroQuiet 4000 generator(27hrs), and a spring assisted rear ramp door. Inside the living area is a fold-away sleeper sofa, fold-away booth dinette setup, rear bunk bed which rises to the ceiling, overhead TV shelf, and a CD stereo. Kitchen amenities include a triple burner stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, cook vent, microwave, and a dual basin sink. The master bed and bath are located in the front. In the bath are a toilet, vanity sink, and a shower. The bedroom has a full size bed platform, nightstands, overhead wardrobe cabinets, and a television shelf. | Batteries need to be replaced. The generator turns over but did not start. Exterior graphics are somewhat faded. The awning frame is pulled loose from the exterior of the unit. Entry side has scratches along skirting and the door. Rear skirting is pulled loose and shows signs of water damage. Bedroom mattress is missing. Bedroom door lock was removed which also removed finish from the door. The clip to secure the front of the rear bunk is broken. Paneling on the right side of the refrigerator has small holes and scrapes. |
