| Description: Bank Repo. This is a 2004 Keystone Laredo 27RL 5th Wheel (w/gooseneck adapter). This single slide trailer is equipped with air conditioning, a furnace, patio awning, and power landing gear. You'll find a living room and kitchen with a sleeper sofa, a pair of rear lounge chairs, an entertainment center with 23" TV, an AM/FM/CD/Cassette stereo system, booth dinette, dual basin sink, an Atwood 3-burner stove w/oven, Dometic microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom has a vanity sink and a private room with a toilet and shower stall. The far front master bedroom contains a full bed, an overhead wardrobe, and a TV shelf. You can inspect this Keystone at our Georgetown, TX location. |
| This 5th wheel has potential to be a very nice unit once some easy repairs are completed. We do not have keys. There is a 1" gouge in the exterior of the slide-out. There's a hole in the slide-out rear window that's about 8" in diameter. The end cabinet over the sink and the cabinet under the sink are water stained. Rear slide-out trim is water damaged at the bottom. Kitchen countertop covering is delaminated from water exposure. |
