See photos for cosmetic condition/appearance. Typical wear inside and out for its age and miles. The entry door rod that holds the door open is bent (doesn't line up with rubber door stop). The rubber hinge cover has duck tape on it and is lightly lifting up. Some of the caulking on the roof is peeling up. The slide out awning is torn.
