The batteries need replacing. The main power awning does not operate. Windshield is cracked on the drivers side. The side entrance door to the garage has a power extending staircase which is currently not working. The tires have about 25% tread remaining and are also weathered. There's a 4" gouge/scratch on the right side behind the front coach door. Front left compartment door near front slide-out is bent on the corner. Nylon molding under slide-out is coming apart.
