Estimated Repairs: Battery needs replacing. Paint shows normal fading. Graphics show normal fading, cracking and some peeling. Delamination on front and rear panels (photos). Slide-out switch inoperable but loose wires by battery will operate slide-out. Smoke detector is missing. Apparent 4"x2" oil stain behind front door. Kitchen sink scratched and stained. Dining chairs scratched and a couch molding is cracked. Front window awning is cracked/broken.
