| Estimated Repairs: The front half of the roof is soft. The rear end cap of this unit is beginning to delaminate. Right rear lower skirting is dented about 2' in length. The decals are faded, peeling, and cracking. Fiberglass has a 5' crack in the side just behind the left side rear axle under the slide. Slide-out weather stripping on the bottom side is pulled off the rear half and the bottom edge of the whole slide-out is rusted out. The interior has a mildew smell. The ceiling is warped on the front half of the unit along the left side. Front 1/4 of the left side wall from inside the closet to the slide is warped, stained, and soft. Vinyl and sub flooring under the slide along the left side wall is soft and is rotted. Master bedroom fold-up foot board support has sustained water damage and is warped. Walls and trim around slide-out are also water damaged. With some work this could be a nice unit. |
