Estimated Repairs: There are no keys for this trailer. Exterior graphics are slightly faded and cracking. The plastic trim along the edges of the roof are cracked at the rear corners (photo). LP tank hose needs to be replaced. The canvas over the rear bed has some mildew stains. The power roof lift motor is faulty and needs replacing. However, the roof can be manually extended.
