Its a tandem axle bumper pull equipped with air conditioning, a furnace, patio awning, full kitchen, booth dinette, sleeper sofa, built in TV shelf, overhead cabinets, built in stereo system, full bath with tub/shower, and a master bedroom with full size bed platform and built in wardrobe cabinets.

Estimated Repairs: Battery and propane tanks are missing. We do not have keys for this unit. Exterior is faded and graphics are peeled/peeling. Roof seals are starting to crack. Two tires appear new and the other two are weathered. Toilet is discolored. Front roof vent cover is missing. Entry step mount board is broken and step are rotted. Left mid/front is delaminating, left wheel well is broken. Flooring is soft throughout. Master bedroom bed frame is rotted. Ceiling in bathroom and around master bedroom vent has water damage.
