Estimated Repairs: We do not have any keys for this unit. Exterior is slightly faded. A window screen is bent. Tires are slightly weathered. Sofa cushions and bunk mattresses are missing. Beds are missing some slats as well. Sheetrock in front of the bathroom door has a hole. There is a small 1 soft spot in the floor. Stove storage drawer has a broken track. Vinyl flooring has scratches and a cut in the bedroom. Small hole in the wall below the breaker box. Porch screens need to be replaced. Entry door appears to have been pried open. Trim on bottom of the screen porch is partially missing. An exterior light globe is missing. Interior has pet odor.
