The upper part of nose cap is soft. The clear coat is peeling in various places throughout. The slide out awning covers are starting to dry rot. There is water staining throughout ceiling. Several of the blinds are stained. There is some re-caulking around the top of the shower stall. The floor is a bit soft in the bathroom. There is staining on the curtains in the cab over area.
