There is a hum while running that sounds to be coming from the serpentine belt accessories pulley area (source unknown). The cabinets that house the TV and entertainment components above the cab is sagging down in the center. The ceiling underlayment is soft and shows some rot. The back panel cover inside the cabinets is missing. There is no spare.
