The Coach battery needs to be charged or replaced. Unit has a new engine battery. There is no spare tire. The under carriage of the unit and the compartments have heavy rust and have rusted through in places. The right side windshield pane is heavily cracked. The awnings over the slide are missing. There is a mild pet odor to the interior. The vinyl flooring is peeling up around the shower. The tracks for the drawers left side of the closet are broken. Several of the blinds throughout the unit are broken. The fins for the radiator are rusted out. The unit can only be driven up to 45mph or less, if driven above this speed it starts to over heat. The dash A/C doesn't work and the units A/C does not blow cold air. The in-dash radio does not come on. The slide outs will not function. The leveling jack comes on but will not function. The front tires were replaced before we transported the unit but the rear tires are heavily dry rotted and will need to be replaced.
