Floor is soft and rotten in several places. Ceiling is water stained and damaged throughout. Carpet and upholstery is torn in several places. Cabinets in the bedroom are loose from the wall. Windshield is cracked. Solenoid on the generator just clicks. Water in the lines and the water heater (freeze damages unknown). Shower skylight is cracked and heavily caulked around. The spare tire is missing.
