| No Keys, Battery or Propane tanks. The front left wood behind the front panel and the left side lower panel are wet and the wood is soft. The left side rear window lower half is broken out. The right side center top aluminum siding panel is waved. The entry door striker lock wooden support behind the striker is broken out and the screws are barely grabbing to keep the striker in place. The entire interior of this unit has a cigarette odor throughout and the A/C vent and the ceiling are yellowed. The front walls in the bedroom are water damaged, and the left side front corner you can see day light coming through the wall. The carpet in the bedroom is water damaged. The refrigerator is missing. There are a couple of cigarette burn marks in the couch and it is stained. Overall this unit needs some work, but with some repairs will make for a nice hunting cabin. |
