| No Keys. The roof is rotted, soft, and water damaged throughout. The battery and propane tanks are missing. The wood wall supports are water damaged and rotted in the right front area. The right side rear lower skirting from the rear axle to the rear is bowed out. Both sides are bowed out from water damages. The tires are weathered and cracking. The rear 1/4 of the right side wall has been cut out and a ramp door has been added in to create a toy hauler / garage area in the rear of the unit. The ceiling throughout the unit from front to back is sagging down in several spots and is water damaged. The walls in the hauler area, the master bedroom, and the wall above the living room slide out is water damaged, warped, and is soft. The carpet throughout is stained. The flooring in the hauler area is soft. The added ramp door is rotted and there is a gap at the top of the door when closed and is not sealed tightly. The kitchen floor just in front of the stove is water stained, soft in a 2' X 2' square section. |
