| Please view the pictures for details on its condition. We observed cabinet paper peeling in a few spots, floor is soft and has some water staining around the door way. One support arm for side slide out canopy is missing. small tear in the canvas near the corner of the side slide out portion. Shower wall bracket is not secured. There are ripples in ceiling due to what looks like water damage. Wires are loose for the power lift, they have to be wiggled to make connection. Exterior grille is missing. Unit is available for in person inspection at our Kingman, AZ facility. |
