This 1992 Four Winds 28 Ford 460 Class C is powered by a 7.5L V8 engine and automatic transmission on a Ford E-350 chassis. It features a 11,000lb GVWR, aluminum exterior, patio awning, rear roof ladder, tilt steering, cruise control, AM/FM, air conditioning, full kitchen with a booth dinette, full bath, two rear located single beds, over cab bunk, 2" hitch with a 4-pin connector and a Kohler Confident IV 3600W generator with 109.8 hours. Both the engine and coach batteries will need to be replaced. The only key we have for this unit is the ignition key. The drive shaft has a slight shimmy while driving and we believe that the the u joint will need to be replaced. The front 1/2 of the roof is water damaged. Right side over cab above the windshield is missing a section, the wood underneath is water damaged and water logged. The tires are cracked and weathered with about 50% tread remaining. Passenger door running board is dented. The front 1/2 of the ceiling is water damaged and sagging/bubbling. The walls and under bunk over the cab are soft and water damaged. Wallpaper in the bathroom and above the right rear entry door is peeling and bubbling. The shower walls at the top are cracked and the caulking is cracked. The carpet shows signs of water stains but is still in solid condition. The engine starts hard and it took time and starting fluid to get it to start. Start's runs and drives with 48,633 miles.
Per seller, this RV has been sitting in storage for about 7 years and it will need fresh fuel and a good tune up! |
