| Description: 2005 Forest River Georgetown XL 370TS powered by a 6.8L V10 and automatic transmission on a 2004 Ford chassis. It features an Onan Marquis Gold 5500 generator (76 hours) that starts and runs well, power leveling, good tires, 3 slideouts, dual rooftop A/C units, AM/FM/CD dash audio, hide-a-bed couch/sofa and 1 1/2 bathrooms! Coach battery(s) need replacing. The exterior shows tears to the slideout awnings and main awning, fading, graphics wear and some areas of delamination. The interior shows ceiling water damage (still moist) in more than one area (pics) and water staining to areas of the floor base. We believe water has entered via the bathroom skylight and right side roof seal (the roof itself is solid). Popping noise coming from the front end that sounds like a spring being snapped back into place from the anti-sway helper springs. Starts, runs and drives with 50,495 miles and can be viewed/inspected at our Michigan City, IN facility. |
