Windshield is cracked on passenger side. Coach battery/door step handle need to be replaced. Tires (275-70R22.5) are cracked with 50% tread remaining. Exterior fading/scratching/pitting to body/decals/rear bumper cover/fiberglass. Driver/passenger window seals are bad. 7" gouge behind the entrance door. Interior odor/water damage to wall by driver seat/bedroom floor around slide area. Kitchen/bathroom floor is soft in front of refrigerator. Tile by toilet is cracked. During the test drive, the A/C did not blow cold air.
