House batteries (2)/master bedroom mattress need to be replaced. Tires (8R-19.5) are weathered with 75% tread remaining. Roof is worn. Exterior scuffs/scratches/fading to body/graphics. Peeling/cracking to graphics. Left side front compartment door, which houses the batteries and the generator inside panel, is water damaged/broken. Rubber across the roof is weathered and cracked. Delamination in a few spots. Interior water stain to ceiling/carpet/shower skylight/antenna crank. Wear/tear/stain to carpet/flooring/upholstery. Antenna crank handle is broken. Aftermarket flooring is missing the finishing trim pieces/floor is slightly bowed (laid over sub flooring?). Dash A/C is inoperable. During the test drive, the temp gauge was jumping up/down between 190 and 230 then it just quit working altogether. The temp gauge was reading under 100 (due to fuse/gauge going out?). There was a shimmy/jumping from the engine when in idle.
