Coach battery needs to be replaced. Tires (235/85/16) are worn and have 50% tread remaining. Exterior caulking around the front trim expanded. The driver side lower rear corner trim/skirting has some separation. Interior brackets for the upper bunk are bent slightly and the bunk it stuck in the up position with no power to the motor. Insulation for bunk motor wires are stripped back. The floor has two chips near the bunk. The cover for the gas fill is dented and cracked. Battery cut off switch is jumped/bypassed. Smoke detector is missing. There are wires hanging near the entry door. The shore power is not working. Electrical connector has been drug. Please see pics for additional interior/exterior cosmetic condition.
