Batteries/propane tanks are missing. Tires (235/85/16) are worn and have 50% tread remaining. We do not have the keys to this unit. Cosmetic condition shown in pics. Exterior delamination to body. Lift arms for rear hatch need replacing. Driver side lower rear trim piece needs fixing. Bedroom slide out plastic corner pieces broken and missing. Passenger side on front cap has a 4" long crack/puncture. Rear trim on kitchen slide out is loose. Various drawers in kitchen and living room need roller tracks fixed/adjusted. Wires for landing legs not hooked up but legs are operational.
