Exterior scrapes/chips. Interior water damage to right side wall in rear bedroom (wall is bubbled) and the wall behind the sofa. Wall is bubbled inside cabinets and above sofa. Grout is cracked/chipping out from tiled floor. Aside from that, the interior is very clean and well cared for!
