Description: This 2004 Forest River Flagstaff 827FLS is equipped with a 7,730lb GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, stabilizing jacks, fiberglass exterior, 1 slide-out, awning, full kitchen, double sink with high rise faucet, booth dinette, sofa with overhead cabinets, entertainment center, master bedroom with side wardrobe/overhead storage and full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Coach battery needs to be replaced. Cosmetic condition is shown in pics. The roof has some spots that are rotten, soft and bubbled. There is a crack in the fiberglass toward the rear that is caulked. The interior wall around the slide-out is bubbled. This unit was winterized prior to arrival.
