| Battery needs to be charged. The exterior left side around the slideout is delaminating and is water damaged. The roof seals from the front to the back are all weathered and starting to crack. The interior left side wall is water damaged, soft, rotted, and bubbling around the slideout. The closet between the livingroom and the bunk room wall on the left side of the unit, and also the left side rear wall in the bunk room at the top by the window are water damaged, soft, rotted, and bubbling. The water damages appear to be from what appears to us that the slideout seal has been and is leaking. The floor on the slideout is soft, rotted, and water damaged. The booth supports / wood finish is water stained and water damaged. Winterized 12/1/2016. |
