Coach battery is missing. The roof does leak. Tires (LT245/75R16) are cracked with 75% tread remaining. The right side exterior shows damage to the fiberglass, water damage and delamination. The main entry step does not work. We could not winterize (diaphragm on the water pump appears to be bad). Additional cosmetic condition shown in pics.
