Description: This 1999 Coachmen Hunter 086 Tent/Pop-up Trailer is equipped with a 1,500lb (approx.) GVWR, 2" coupler, 2 slide-out bedrooms, fold down couch, sink and booth dinette.

| Battery is missing. Propane tank mount is bent. The rear bumper is bent out slightly. The tongue jack crank is broken but present, and the bottom section is laying inside. All four corners are rotted, soft, and water damaged. The roof is slightly soft. The awning cover / bag is torn and weathered. The crank to operate the top to raise and or lower is broken and the drive gears are stripped out and will not raise the top. The gear mount for the top to raise or lower is bent to the left. The entry step mount is bent backward. There are a couple of latches for when the top is in the travel position that have been pulled off and the mounts are rotted out. The roof / top is slightly soft in a couple of spots from water damages. The right side rear corner is pulling apart and has been attempted to be repair by adding an aftermarket piece of aluminum siding to it to. The flooring underneath the table is bubbling and pulling up. The walls are slightly soft from water damages. The ceiling throughout is soft, rotted, sagging, bubbling, and warped throughout the unit. There are a couple of the ceiling panels that the white face of the panel is peeling off. The cabinet door just inside the entry door is broken off and missing. The canvas is slightly stained. Winterized 11/11/2016. |
