The decals are faded/cracking. The siding has several ares that are cracking/separating (pics). There are scratches on the exterior. The carpet/floors are stained. The mattresses are stained. Several ares of the ceilings/walls are separating and appear to have water damage. The generator started briefly, but then lost all power to the controls. The generator control panel is loose/incorrectly mounted. The ladder has been removed. Please review the photos for cosmetic issues.
