The generator starts but won't stay running. Speedometer is inoperable. All awnings are worn, and the main awning is shifted forward (not lined up). Right side taillight is broken out. The roof is soft / bubbled throughout, and roof seals are weathered / cracked. Front right side wall above the cab is soft / water damaged. TV's and microwave are missing. Interior has a significant cigarette odor (yellowing to walls and ceiling).
