Tires are weathered with 50% tread remaining. Exterior has faded paint / graphics, delamination and some scuffs / cracks. The wood is beginning to come loose where the entry step is mounted, and the roof ladder is missing. At the entry door, the first step is rotten. There are stains / significant wear throughout interior (view pics closely). Ceiling is rotten above driver area, and the floor is soft by the stove and in bedroom near the closet doors.
The engine runs rough (has a loss of power while driving). Generator turns over, but it unable to start.
