| Insurance loss. Water damage. Battery and propane tanks are missing. The trailer shows delamination all around, front seam has been taped over, and has hail dents on the skirting. Two of the roof vents are broken (they have been taped). Front storage compartment linoleum is bubbling. Ceilings near vents are soft, left side of the bedroom wall shows damage, and there is a crack in the paneling to the left side of rear window. The carpets have a few stains. They could use a cleaning but are in decent shape. The upholstery shows some wear. This trailer looks good but has hidden water damage. The ceilings/walls/floors all likely have water damage to an unknown extent. See pictures for further cosmetic details. |
