Description: 1996 Regal Destiny 200 powered by a 350 MerCruiser V8 that runs.

Trailer NOT included.

Battery is dead. keel is heavily scraped and has a large spot with an amateur repair. Scratches all around, stress cracks in gel coat on the left side of the hull, stress cracks and chips in the gel coat on the right side, and the rub rail is chewed up. Vinyl upholstery is cracked and torn, stress cracks in fiberglass floor and a few soft spots. Not engaging and locking into reverse before it throttles up (video). Unable to visually inspect block (tight quarters).
