Battery needs a charge or replacement. Front entry door lower screen has been cut out and the latch is broken. Other screen door is ripped (pics). Seat cushions on swivel rockers are worn (possible claw marks). *update* Noticeable pet/pet urine odor. Slide out is in-operable. The motor does not work, but we were able to get the slide out to manually crank.
