Description: 2008 Heartland Cyclone 4012 located at our Hastings, MN facility! The generator is an Onan Marquis Gold with 82.2 hours of use.

Toy Hauler Cargo Bay Dimensions = 12'x8'
Toy Hauler Ramp Dimensions = 7'9" x 8'

Left side tires (ST225/75R15) will need replacing. Driver side tires look good with 50% tread. Awning is torn. Little bit of delamination on the driver's side center. Window treatment above window in cargo area is broken off. Generator spits and sputters (came close to running a couple times), but did not. In general, nice well cared for unit despite a few issues mentioned.
